“Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly
dividing the word of truth.”
~ Acts 16:14
At Empowering Leaders Institute - Bible School & Seminary (ELI), we are committed to equipping believers
with a solid biblical foundation, preparing leaders for effective ministry, and cultivating disciples
who can rightly divide the Word of God. Whether you are seeking personal spiritual growth or answering
God's call to ministry, ELI provides a Christ-centered learning environment where students are empowered
to grow in knowledge, wisdom, and faith.
Our experienced faculty is dedicated to providing practical, engaging, and biblically
sound instruction that equips students for ministry, leadership, and lifelong discipleship.
The vision for Empowering Leaders Institute was birthed through the divine mandate given to the founders
of our church, the late Bishop Harold Lloyd Joseph and Dr. Eleanora Joseph. Bishop Joseph faithfully
shared the charge the Lord had placed upon his heart: “Teach My people.” That mandate remains the
foundation of our mission today. As we continue this sacred legacy, our desire is to equip believers
through sound biblical teaching, preparing them to serve with excellence, lead with integrity, and
proclaim the Gospel with confidence.
Empowering Leaders Institute offers a wide range of educational opportunities designed to meet the needs
of every student—from those beginning their biblical journey to those pursuing advanced theological education.
