Welcome to Triumphant Sunday School, a loving, Christ-centered ministry dedicated to building
a strong foundation in faith in Jesus Christ through Bible-based stories. Our mission is to teach
God's word in a way that is meaningful and appropriate for each child. We sit under the tutelage
of Bishop Lilia A. Bayne and Bishop Melvin E. Bayne, who have a strong passion for God's
word for each child.
The ministry is headed up by Carol Charles, along with Keneisha Wilkey, Christina Llewellyn-
Gibbs, and Jillian Williams, who work tirelessly in the arts that give God all the glory. Each
Sunday, our children learn Bible stories while memorizing scriptures. Additionally, children
participate in hands-on activities that reinforce God's word.
We encourage children to grow in the word of God as they learn important values such as love,
forgiveness, respect, and compassion. Our Sunday school is a place of welcome and encouragement
to ask questions, where meaningful friendships develop in a safe and nurturing environment.
We are grateful for the opportunity to partner with families in nurturing the spiritual growth
of our children. Together, we pray that each child will come to know God's love, trust in His
promises, and grow into faithful followers of Christ.
